About CTC Smart Tech

CTC Smart Tech puts the business problem at the centre, combining AI-transformation consulting with data and automation to solve real problems. The CTC AI Transformation Studio helps businesses prioritise use cases, upskill teams and deploy AI agents under control.

This profile organises our capabilities into four solution directions for business operations. Each has its own scope, input data, pilot framework and measurement criteria.

Four solution groups

AI Automation

A document agent and operations copilot that connects data, checks discrepancies and supports daily work with an explicit approval step.

DocAgent has an existing demo UI; the role-based workspace/apps and the new assistant are proposed prototypes.

Industrial IoT & AI

Connects equipment data and monitors performance, quality and energy on one unified operations platform.

IoT/CPSmart capability documentation exists; the dashboards, assistant and apps in this kit are design prototypes not yet connected to real equipment.

Performance Review

A people-review cycle from goals, evidence and feedback to calibration and development plans; AI assists with synthesis.

An AI HR landing and Performance Analytics direction exist; the review system, assistant and apps in this kit are proposed prototypes using no real HR data.

Travel · E-commerce, ERP & AI

A solution-design case study built on the Flamingo Travel system: e-commerce, cross-department ERP, an AI assistant and role-based business apps.

The ERP/e-commerce UI has an existing demo; the AI and mobile apps are proposed prototypes.

Systems in the profile

The descriptions below are compiled from the existing profile. Acceptance documents or measured results have not yet been cross-checked for each system.

eKYC

An electronic identity platform that automates customer verification by extracting data from identity documents: national ID cards, chip-based IDs and passports. Built for banks, financial institutions and digital payment services that need accuracy and security at scale.

CPSmart

An integrated AI system monitoring and managing power supply and temperature at fuel stations and hard-to-reach sites. It processes sensor data in real time, detects anomalies and raises alerts to protect equipment from temperature and voltage risks.

FaceID

A cross-platform face-recognition system automating identification at workplaces, buildings and large events — running reliably on mobile devices, dedicated hardware and web browsers at the same time.

EAir

An AI solution measuring and forecasting air quality where no monitoring stations exist, by analysing photos submitted by residents to estimate AQI and build a continuously updated pollution map.

ESignal

An AI app that lets deaf people and people who do not know sign language communicate, by recognising sign language and converting it to text or speech.

IGarbage

An AI system optimising waste management and collection in industrial parks — where waste volumes are large and uneven over time.

IElectricity

An AI system forecasting hydropower plant output by hour, day, week and month. Large plants have long monitored and stored output data, yet accurate forecasting stays hard — this system turns existing data into usable forecasts.

Smart Travel

A smart-tourism app using augmented and virtual reality for a richer, more immersive destination experience, guided by an AI assistant.

AIAgriculture

A system that digitises and analyses regional maps so policymakers can build sound, efficient land-use plans, combining satellite imagery, drone photography and geographic data with AI analysis.

Delivery method

  1. Discovery: fix the problem, process owner, data state and baseline.
  2. Pilot design: agree scope, resources, test set and acceptance criteria.
  3. Verification: run comparisons, analyse gaps and test exceptions.
  4. Handover: deliver documents, training, operating responsibility and the scale-up plan.

Working principles

Keep data in the right context; limit access; keep logs; authorised people approve important decisions. Pilot results need a sample size, a measurement method and a confirming person before they are used as evidence.

Proposed content does not replace a contract, quotation or SLA. Equipment, infrastructure, licences and integration scope are determined by discovery.
